
Statue of Saint Peter
The representation of the Apostle Saint Peter holds the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven in his right hand. Located on the north-east corner of the spire base, this copper statue was designed by Eugene Viollet-le-Duc, sculpted by Adolphe Victor Geoffroy-Dechaume and produced by the Alteliers Monduit in 1861.
